摘要
抑制素主要是由卵巢颗粒细胞和睾丸支持细胞分泌的一类异二聚体蛋白质激素,具有反馈性抑制垂体前叶释放促卵泡激素的作用。抑制素免疫能通过中和内源性抑制素,降低其对垂体的负反馈,增加促卵泡激素的分泌,促进卵泡发育的作用。本文综述了抑制素免疫对卵泡数目与直径、颗粒细胞增殖和卵母细胞成熟的影响,为抑制素免疫的研究和临床应用提供理论依据。
Inhibin,a dimeric glycoprotein primarily secreted by the ovarian granular cells and testicular Sertoli cells,is capable of inhibiting follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)release from the anterior pituitary in a feedback way. Moreover,it could regulate the follicular development. Inhibin immunization technology could increase FSH secretion through neutralizing the inhibitory effect on endogenous inhibin and attenuating its negative feedback on the pituitary. The authors reviews the advance of inhibin immunization on the number and diameter of follicles,granular cell proliferation and oocyte maturation,which can provide a theoretical basis for the further study and clinical application of inhibin immunization technology.
