摘要
目的:通过正交试验筛选炙甘草配方颗粒的最佳水提工艺。方法:以水煮次数、水煮时间和加水倍数为三要素,综合考虑各要素各水平对浸出物得率、甘草苷和甘草酸提取率的影响,从而选出适宜的工艺条件。结果:各要素对水提工艺的影响大小为水煮次数〉水煮时间〉加水倍数,而最终优选的提取条件为加6倍量水,浸泡30 min,水煮2次,每次2 h。结论:经过验证试验,该水提工艺稳定、可行,可用于炙甘草配方颗粒的规模化生产。
Objective:The water extraction process of baked Radix Glycyrrhizae fomula granules was optimized by orthogonal test. Methods:In order to select the suitable technological conditions,the effects of various factors on the yield of extract,the extraction rate of liquiritin and glycyrrhizic acid were investigated with the times of boiling,the time of boiling and the number of adding water as three factors. Results:The influence of various factors on the water extraction process was boiling times boiling time the number of adding water,and the final optimum extraction conditions were 6 times of water,soaking 30 min,boiling for 2 times,each time 2 h. Conclusion:After verification test,the water extraction process was stable and feasible,and can be used for mass production of baked Radix Glycyrrhizae fomula granules.
