摘要
通过对断奶仔猪日粮添加不同剂量的绞股蓝多糖,研究其对猪瘟弱毒疫苗免疫效果的增强作用。选择35日龄左右未接种过任何疫苗的健康猪,随机分为5组,每组10头,分别为空白对照组、猪瘟疫苗+GPS多糖(0.3%、0.6%、0.8%、1.0%)。结果表明,断奶仔猪在接种疫苗同时在饲料添加不同剂量的绞股蓝多糖,在第14天、第28天,试验组的抗体效价水显著高于对照组,其中试验C组(添加0.8%绞股蓝多糖)免疫效果最好,抗体效价最高。表明绞股蓝多糖对猪的免疫功能具有明显的增强作用。
To study the effect of vaccination on the immunization effect of attenuated classical swine flu vaccine,the weaning piglets were given different doses of Gynostemma pentaphyllum polysaccharides. The test group was divided into control group and test group(The basal diet was supplemented with 0.3%,0.6%,0.8% and 1% of Gynostemma pentaphyllum polysaccharides). The results showed that the antibody titer level of the test group was significantly higher than that of the control group on 14 th and 28 th day. Among them,the experimental group C(adding 0.8% of Gynostemma pentaphyllum polysaccharides) had the best immunological effect with the highest antibody titers. It was proved that Gynostemma pentaphyllum polysaccharides had a significant effect on the immune function of swine.
