青藏高原农牧交错区燕麦种植品种筛选 被引量:3

Screening of Avena sativa varieties suitable for agro-pastoral ecotone in Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau

摘要 为了筛选出适宜青藏高原农牧交错区种植的燕麦品种,以青藏高原8个主要燕麦品种为材料,测定了各燕麦品种水分、粗灰分、粗脂肪、粗蛋白、无氮浸出物、粗纤维、磷和钙8种营养成分含量,利用方差比较和主成分分析法对各品种营养成分进行比较分析。结果表明,白燕7号(Avena sativa L.cv.Baiyan No.7)、加燕2号(Avena sativa L.cv.Jiayan No.2)、青海444(Avena sativa L.cv.Qinghai No.444)营养成分的综合得分优于其他燕麦品种,适宜在青藏高原地区推广种植。 Cold climatic condition in Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau is suitable for Avena sativa growth. Eight Avena sativa varieties widely promoted in Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau were chosen for screening out suitable varieties for agro-pastoral ecotone.Eight nutrient components including water,ash,ether extract,crude protein,nitrogen-free extract, crude fiber,P and Ca were analyzed and compared using the ANOVA and principal component analysis method. The results showed that nutrient value of Avena sativa L. cv. Baiyan No.7,Avena sativa L. cv. Jiayan No.2 and Avena sativa L. cv. Qinghai No. 444 were better than other varieties, which were suitable for planting and extension in agro-pastoral ecotone in Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau.
