城市女教师的打扮与职业发展

摘要 以西方学界在女性打扮与职业发展方面具有丰富的研究积累为基础,探索本土城市女教师打扮与职业发展的相关问题后发现:打扮对于城市女教师的求职、职业实践与岗位提升具有明确的积极影响;求职中女教师成熟的个性化打扮优于女师范生生硬的制服化办公套装;基层女教师打扮突出了生活的自由化特征,搭配随意,女教师会随着岗位的提升而日益注重打扮的情景化要求;学校女领导与基层女教师具有多方面的打扮差异,并通过个性化的套装展现出女性特征与职业特征的融合。通过对本土相关学术领域进行探索、拓展与积累,从而为女性职业发展提供有益的实践参考。 Western scholars have rich research and accumulation in women's dressing and career development.Based on this, this study explores the research of domestic urban female teachers' dressing and career development,and achieved the following findings. First, dressing up has a clear positive impact for female teachers' job hunting,professional practice and career promotion. Second, mature personalized dress of female teachers is better than rigid uniform office suite of female normal students in job hunting. Third, grass-roots women dress highlights the characteristics of the liberalization of life with casual style, and female teachers with career promotion care much for the requirement of situations. Fourth, the female leaders of school display wide differences with the female teachers at the grass-roots level in dressing, and show the integration of female characteristics and professional characteristics through personalized sets. This study is a preliminary exploration, expansion and accumulation of the local related academic fields, and hopes to provide useful practical references for women's career development.
