摘要
休闲作为工作与家庭之外的第三领域,随着职业女性需要层次的上升而成为新的研究话题。对国内外职业女性休闲研究进行梳理后发现:职业女性总体上休闲时间较少,工作与休闲之间存在多种形式的冲突;影响职业女性休闲的因素包括社会文化环境、家庭特征与个人资本(如心理资本、文化资本和社会资本)等;休闲对职业女性的心理健康、幸福感和工作态度等均会产生积极影响。未来不仅应该加强跨学科休闲研究,保障女性休闲的合法性地位,还应该着力营造适合女性休闲的社会氛围,切实推动以人为本的"生活质量工程"。
In this article, the Western and Chinese literatures on leisure time of female employees are reviewed. The leisure time of female employees are less than that of male employees in general. There are a few kinds of conflicts between work and leisure for women. Social culture, family characters and personal capitals such as psychological capitals, culture capitals and social capitals can influence female employees' leisure. Leisure are related to women's psychological health, well-being and job attitudes. Female employees' leisure research in the future can focus on the following aspects: how to strengthen multi-disciplinary leisure researches, how to create suitable social atmosphere for women leisure,how to improve the people-oriented quality of life project including work, family and leisure.
