摘要 在印度女童总人口中,表列种姓和表列部落的女童是印度女童群体中最弱势的群体。她们备受阶级、经济、传统观念等多重束缚,教育权利受到了来自家庭、学校、社会的严重阻碍。较低的入学率和居高不下的辍学率,使得表列群体女童的教育一直没有能够获得长足的发展。为改变现状,印度政府颁布了一系列的政策措施,保障表列群体女童的受教育权利,在表列群体女童教育方面取得了积极的成效,同时也出现了一些问题。印度表列群体女童教育问题对我国偏远地区少数民族女童教育问题有如下启示:一是教育政策要切实保障偏远地区少数民族女童的教育权利;二是要重视教育内容的改革,剔除传统观念中的性别歧视;三是社区要参与创建良好的教育环境。 Girls from scheduled castes and scheduled tribes are the most vunerable groups among girls in India.They are bound by class, economy, traditional ideas and so on. Their rights of education are hindered by family, school and society. Low school enrolment and high drop-out rates have kept the girls' education in the scheduled groups from growing. To change the status quo, the Indian government has enacted a series of policy measures to guarantee the right to education for girls of scheduled groups. The implementation of the education policy has made positive achievements in the education of girls in the scheduled groups, and at the same time, it has also revealed some problems. It has triggered several revelations to the education problems of minority girls in remote areas of China.First, educational policies should effectively protect the education of girls in remote areas. Second, we should pay attention to the reform of educational content and eliminate the traditional ideas. Third, community participation is necessary to create a good educational environment for minority girls in remote areas.
