The Identification of Hairline Crack and Crack in Magnetic Particle Testing of Axial Steel Forging

在轴类钢锻件的磁粉检测中,发纹与裂纹这两类缺陷的磁痕显示较为相似;但是两者对工件使用性能的影响存在较大的差别,其质量验收标准差异也较大。提出了几种发纹与裂纹的实用鉴别方法,可供磁粉检测人员参考和借鉴。

In magnetic particle testing of axial steel forgings,the magnetic particle indication looks very similar between hairline crack and crack.Because there is a great significant difference in some performance,quality acceptance standards put them in bigger difference.This paper puts forward some methods about the identification of the two defects,which can be used for reference of magnetic particle testing.
