奥美拉唑联合阿莫西林治疗胃炎并胃溃疡的临床效果观察

Clinical Observation of Omeprazole combined with Amoxicillin in the Treatment of Gastritis and Gastric Ulcer

目的观察在胃炎并胃溃疡治疗中予以奥美拉唑与阿莫西林联合治疗的临床治疗效果。方法本研究选择我院收治的78例胃炎并胃溃疡患者进行观察和分析,选取时段为2014年3月至2016年3月期间,以随机数字分组法进行平均分组,予以奥美拉唑与阿莫西林联合治疗的39例患者为实验组,予以奥美拉唑治疗的39例患者为对照组,治疗后对2组患者的临床治疗效果进行观察和比较。结果治疗后,相较于对照组,实验组患者的治疗总有效率明显较高,幽门螺杆菌感染根除率明显较高,均产生P<0.05的差异,形成了统计学意义。结论在胃炎并胃溃疡治疗中予以奥美拉唑与阿莫西林联合治疗具有确切的效果,在临床上值得应用和推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of omepmzole combined with amoxicillin in the treatment of gastritis and gastric ulcer. Methods In this study, 78 patients with gastritis and gastric ulcer treated in our hospital were observed and analyzed. The time interval from March 2014 to March 2016 was selected and divided into groups by random number. Omeprazole and Amoxicillin combination therapy in 39 patients as the experimental group, omeprazole to 39 patients treated as the control group, after treatment on the two groups of patients treated with clinical observation and comparison. Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori infection was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）, which was statistically significant. Conclusion Omeprazole combined with amoxicillin in the treatment of gastritis and gastric ulcer has definite effect, which is worthy of application and popularization in clinical practice.
