改良Park法重睑成形术矫正轻度上睑下垂的疗效观察

To Observe the Curative Effect of Modified Park Method of Double Eyelid Plasty for Correction of Mild Blepharoptosis

目的探讨改良Park法重睑成形术矫正轻度上睑下垂的临床疗效。方法选取我院(2015年1月至2016年12月)收治的35例轻度上睑下垂患者为研究对象,采取改良Park法重睑成形术矫正轻度上睑下垂。结果本组35例患者术后上睑下垂均矫正,运动时上睑位置和形态对称,原位注视上睑缘位置位于角膜上缘和瞳孔上缘的中点,达到正常标准,闭眼时眼睑闭合,显露均匀,无角膜暴露。重睑高度5~6 mm,睑裂长度与长度,睑裂形状与弧度协调,美学参数自然。结论改良Park法重睑成形术矫正轻度上睑下垂疗效显著,能达到抬高上睑和重睑成形的效果,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified Park method of double eyelid plasty for correction of mild blepharoptosis. Methods In our hospital （January 2015 - December 2016） from 35 cases of blepharoptosis patients as the research object, adopt the improved method of Park double eyelid plasty for correction of blepharoptosis. Results The 35 cases of patients with postoperative ptosis were corrected, movement of upper eyelid position and symmetry, the midpoint of upper eyelid is located in situ on the cornea edge and the upper edge of the pupil, reached the normal standard, eyelid closure, eyes revealed uniform, no corneal exposure. Double eyelid height 5-6 mm, palpebral fissure length and length, eyelid shape and curvature coordinate parameters of natural aesthetics. Conclusion The modified Park method of double eyelid plasty for correction of blepharoptosis can achieve remarkable curative effect, and raise the eyelid eyelid forming effect, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
