研究信息化规范的编制原则、结构组成、体系划分、各规范体系的组成内容、各规范的具体目的和主要内容,并给出了规范的编制完成后的发布和修改等完善管理措施。
This paper mainly studies how to write information specification, including formulation principle, the structure of information technology standards, the division of the standards system, the composition of each standards system, the specific purpose and main content of each standard and gives some perfect management measures, such as releasing and revising after the standard fbrmulation
