摘要
影响硬质合金性能的因素有球磨时间、碳含量、抑制剂及烧结方式、粘结剂Co分的选择等,本文着重考察了钴粉纯度、粒度、形貌等对硬质合金性能的影响,通过以上影响因素的研究,选择合适的钴粉作为粘接剂用于硬质合金的生产。
Abstract: The factors influencing the properties of cemented carbide are ball milling time, carbon content, inhibitor and sintering method, the choice of binder Co, etc. The effects of cobalt powder purity, particle size and morphology on the properties of cemented carbide are investigated emphatically. Through the above study of influencing factors, choose the appropriate cobalt powder as the binder for cemented carbide production.
