摘要
本文对锌钴渣浸出过程中还原剂对锌钻渣中钴浸出率的影响进行研究,结果表明,不加还原剂时。锌钴渣中有30%左右的钴不能用硫酸直接溶解出来,加还原剂后,当亚硫酸钠用量为6.95g/100g渣时,液固比3:1,硫酸用量0.15mL/g渣,反应温度为室温,先加入浓硫酸反应1h,再加入无水亚硫酸钠继续反应1h,在此条件下,钴的浸出率为98%以上,渣率为3%-5%,渣含钴3%~6%,浸出液终点pH值为1.0-2.0。
In this paper; the reducing agent influence of leaching the zinc cobalt slag is researched. The results showed that without reductant, about 30% of cobalt in zinc cobalt slag can not be dissolved directly with sulfuric acid, adding reducing agent, when the dosage of sodium sulfite is 6. 95g/100g slag, liquid-solid ratio is 3 : 1, sulfuric acid dosage is 0. 15mL/g slag, reaction temperature is room temperature, the first react for lh joining sulfuric acid, adding anhydrous sodium sulfite continue to 1h reaction, on this condition, the cobalt leaching rate was more than 98%, the rate of slag 3-5%, slag containing cobalt 3-6%, leaching liquid pH value of 1.0 - 2.0.
