摘要
共享经济已经成为我们日常生活中不可忽视的一种新经济形态。共享经济的扩散在一定程度上反映了政府、企业、消费者三方的博弈关系。本文以共享单车的扩散为例,研究共享经济的扩散机制,发现共享单车扩散遵循以下原则:市场准入门槛的低廉性,合法性原则,压力原则,社会信任原则,效率原则。据此,本文提出要大胆先行先试,鼓励创新、包容审慎,破除"权力美学"的审美桎梏,政府监管部门要为市场主体创造优良的市场发展环境。为降低行政成本,要建立起政府与市场间良好的互动关系,必须努力探索管理体制创新,政府和市场各司其职,为新兴产业的发展培育优良的成长土壤,促进共享经济的发展。
The sharing economy has become a new economic form non-negligible in our daily life.Its expansion reflects the gaming between government,enterprise and consumer.By taking bicycle sharing as an example,this paper researches the expansion mechanism of the sharing economy and finds its expansion follows low and legal market access principle,pressure principle,social credibility principle,efficiency principle,etc.It suggests the pioneering of this mode should be encouraged for the sake of innovation and breaking the fetters of power aesthetics.Besides,the supervising authorities should create excellent market development environment for the market players.To lower the cost of administration,it is necessary to establish a good interaction between government and market and innovate the management mechanism.To achieve this goal,government and market should perform their own functions to cultivate fertile soil for the development of the emerging industries and promote the development of the sharing economy.
