Determination of benzene,toluene and xylene in paint by gas chromatography

阐述了用乙酸乙酯作为提取剂,将油漆中的苯系物提取出来,采用气相色谱仪对油漆中的苯、甲苯、二甲苯进行定性定量分析的方法。优化了样品的色谱分离条件、提取溶剂、定量及定性方法。该方法操作简单易行,为检测油漆等化工品中苯及同系物含量的方法具有参考作用。

Ethyl acetate was used as extraction agent to extract the benzene series matters from the paint,including benzene,toluene and xylene.Qualitative and quantitative analysis of the three benzene series were realized by gas chromatography.The chromatographic separation conditions of the sample,the extraction solvent,the quantitative and qualitative method were synthetically optimized.This method is simple and feasible which may play aguiding role on detection of benzene and benzene series in paint chemicals.
