数字经济背景下促进我国工业高质量发展的新制造模式研究

数字经济是创新和改变经济增长方式的核心要素,既能为经济增长提供新动能,也有利于加快传统产业转型升级和提升发展质量。随着新一代信息技术的发展,制造业成为数字经济主战场,制造业创新生态正在加快形成,智能制造、网络化协同制造、个性化定制制造和服务型制造等新模式不断涌现。2017年,国务院总理李克强在作政府工作报告时,明确了促进数字经济加快成长的基本要求,这是数字经济首次被写入政府工作报告,既是对近年来以互联网为核心的新兴商业模式的肯定,也是对中国经济未来发展模式的一种新的探索。数字经济背景下,为提升我国工业发展质量,应不断突破关键技术和关键设备、加强工业信息安全保障体系建设、强化人才队伍支撑等,力求推动制造业数字化转型升级。

The digital economy is the core element of innovation and change of economic growth mode. It can not only provide new kinetic energy for economic growth, but also accelerate the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries, and enhance the quality of industrial development. With the development of a new generation of information technology, the manufacturing industry has become the main battlefield of the digital economy and the manufacturing innovation ecosystem is accelerating, at the same time there have been many new models, such as intelligent manufacturing, networked collaborative manufacturing, customized manufacturing and service - oriented manufacturing. Premier Li Keqiang made government work report in 2017, clearly defined the basic requirements for accelerating the development of the digital economy. This is the first time that the digital economy has been written into the government work report; it not only affirms the emerging business model that with the Internet as the core in recent years, hut also a new exploration of the future mode of economic development in China. Under the background of digital economy, in order to enhance the quality of industrial development should constantly break through key technologies and key equipment, strengthen the construction of industrial information security guarantee system and the support of qualified personnel, and further promote manufacturing digital transformation and upgrading.
