摘要
在“十三五”规划提出的绿色发展理念大背景下,地铁施工作为全生命周期的重要组成部分,施工过程应当实施绿色施工,尽可能减少对周边及地下环境的影响,实现可持续发展.研究从绿色施工管理、环境保护、资源节约三个方面建立地铁绿色施工评价指标体系;考虑到评价指标的复杂性、模糊性、不确定性,针对专家提供的评价指标权重值为区间数,以及专家对各方案相应的评价指标值也为区间数的方案评价问题,利用不确定多属性决策理论中区间数比较的可能度公式,提出了基于可能度的区间数地铁绿色施工方案评价方法,方法可以避免确定评价指标权重的困难.最后通过案例说明了方法的实用性和简便性.
Under the background of the national implementation of green -development concept proposed by "Thirteenth five year plan", the subway construction as a whole life cycle of an important part, the construction process should be the implementation of green construction, as far as possible to reduce the impact on the surrounding and the underground environment and achieve sustainable development. The evaluation index system of green construction is established i'n this study from three aspects: green construction management, environmental protection and resource conservation. In this paper. Because of the complexity, ambiguity and uncertainty of the evaluation index, the evaluation value and the index weight of the experts is interval number and then an evaluation method of subway green construction projects is proposed based on the possibility degree by using the_probability degree formula of interval number comparison of multiple attribute decision making theory. This method can avoid the difficulty of determining the weight of evaluation index. Finally, a case study illustrates the practicality and simplicity of the proposed method.
