沸石/聚丙烯酸钠调湿材料的制备与特性分析 被引量:5

摘要 利用反相乳液聚合的方法制备出沸石/聚丙烯酸钠树脂复合调湿材料,并从复合材料的形貌、表面化学性质和调湿性能对其进行了研究,探究了反应体系的中和度、交联剂用量和复合物中的沸石含量对调湿性能的影响。特性分析结果表明:得到了复合调湿材料颗粒为3~5μm左右,相互交联,形貌均一;当中和度为90%、交联剂用量为0.06%、沸石含量为22%时,复合调湿材料具有较大的吸湿率和放湿率,且吸放湿滞后率也最低。 The polyacrylic acid series organic polymers with high hygroscopic properties were prepared by using the method of anti-phase emulsion polymerization,the wet materials of zeolite/polyacrylate series were prepared. We obtained composite damping material with the particle size of about 3-5 micron which were crosslinked zeolite/polyacrylic acid sodium. Various related factors such as the absorption and releasing wet speeds and the influence of moisture capacity. The neutralization degree of reaction system,crosslinking agent and zeolite content in compound,and the influence of damping performance were studied. The maximum moisture absorption rate and humidity rate of the composite humidification materials were reached at 90% neutralization degree,0. 06% crosslinking agent and 22%content of zeolite. The moisture absorption hysteresis was the lowest.
