摘要 为了解决传统实验教学设备的不足与实验受时间和空间限制等问题,基于Unity3D,采用虚拟现实和增强现实技术,以现实实验为依据,开发了形象逼真的机械基础虚拟实验平台,可以实现异地协作和实验资源共享,可全方位地观察零部件的内部结构,反复进行虚拟实验,达到了虚实结合、以虚促实的预期目的。既可在电脑上操作,也可通过扫描二维码在手机上操作,使用方便,运行可靠,可降低实验成本,提高实验效果。针对系统开发中遇到的关键问题,以二级展开式斜齿圆柱减速器为例,详细介绍三维模型的构建、约束关系及装拆路径规划、虚拟场景设置、虚拟装拆编程、手机二维码及操作等主要模块的实现方法。 In order to solve the problems,such as insufficiency of teaching experimental equipment,constraints of time or space,based on Unity3 D,according to the practical experiments,using virtual reality and augmented reality technology,a vivid virtual experiment platform for the mechanical basis was developed. The platform can realize remote collaboration and resource share,and the internal structure of all parts can be observed in all aspects. The virtual experiment can be made repeatedly by the platform. Virtual reality combining the actual situation promotes real effect and achieves the expected goal. It can be operated on a computer,and also on a mobile phone by scanning QR code.The system has many advantages such as convenient and reliable operation, lower experiment cost, and better experiment effect. In view of the key problems encountered in the system development,this paper takes two stage expansion type helical gear reducer as an example,detailed introduces its key modules,such as the construction of 3-dimensional model,path planning and constraint relations,programming and virtual scene settings,QR code and operation method and so on.
