摘要 教书育人思想内涵的主体是任课教师。现在高校教师普遍存在"只教书不育人"的问题。从心理学角度出发,研究和探索教师如何更好地履行教书育人双重职能。在教书环节,以"电类基础课程"为载体,发挥学习动机理论对教育教学的根本导向作用,对理论教学和实践教学等环节进行深层次教学改革。同时,秉承"育人于教之中"的教育理念,坚持立德树人作为首要任务,遵循学生身心的成长和发展规律,发挥心理暗示原理在教书育人中的积极作用,借鉴积极心理学的基本育人规律,培养学生全面素养,使学生智商和情商共同发展,更好地实现教学的教育性。 Course teachers are the implementers of imparting knowledge and educating people,but part teachers think highly of teaching and neglect to educate students. From a psychological point of view,we research and explore how to impart knowledge and educate people much better. The learning motivation theory has the profound significance to guide teaching. Therefore,the reform of theory teaching and practice teaching in basic electrical courses is the wide-spread one. Adhering to educating students in the course of teaching,ideological work and moral education are teachers' top priority. Following the rules of body and psychology in the students' growth and development,in order to cultivate students' comprehensive qualities and improve students ' intellectual and emotional quality together,we use psychology cues principle to play a positive role in teaching and educating,and positive psychology is worth learning in terms of educating excellent characters and talents. So the education of teaching is better realized.
