摘要 为推进大学生开放实验的改革创新,建立逆向工程与3D打印相结合的实验课程,探讨开放实验教学模式。以书简为实例,完成点云数据获取、曲面重构、逆向工程建模,将数据输入快速成型机进行3D打印,并通过硅胶注型机实现快速模具制造和翻制零件,该开放实验体系的建立和实施在学生创新能力培养方面具有积极作用。 In order to promote the reform and innovation of college students open experimental,establishing the combination experimental course of reverse engineering and 3 D printing is established,and discussing open experimental teaching mode is discussed. By an example of the letters,finishing the acquisition of point cloud data,surface reconstruction,and reverse engineering modeling are completed. The completed data is are input into rapid prototyping machine and printed. Then rapid mould is manufactured and parts are copied through silica gel type injection machine.The establishment and implementation of the open experiment system has have a positive role and reference in students' innovative ability training.
