Effect of Regeneration Gene Ⅳ in the Invasiveness of Colorectal Cancer

摘要 目的探讨再生基因Ⅳ(RegⅣ)在结肠癌侵袭性发生中的作用。方法应用免疫组化S-P法测定60例结肠癌组织中RegⅣ的表达水平,并观察其与结肠癌的淋巴结的关系。结果 RegⅣ在有淋巴结转移的结肠癌组织中的阳性率为80.6%(29/36),高于无淋巴结转移的结肠癌组织的37.5%(9/24),差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.495,P=0.001)。结论结肠癌侵袭性的发生可能与RegⅣ基因的高表达有关。 Objective To study the effect of Regeneration Gene Ⅳ ( Reg Ⅳ ) in the invasiveness of colorectal cancer. Methods Immunohistoehemieal S-P method was used to detect the expressions of RegⅣ in the 60 patients with eolorectal cancer, and the relationship between Regiv and lymph node metastasis of eoloreetal cancer. Results The positive rate of Regiv was 80.6% (29/36) in the coloreetal cancer with lymph node metastasis, and was 37.5 % ( 9/24 ) in the eoloreetal cancer without lymph node metastasis (χ2 = 11. 495, P = 0. 001 ). Conclusion The invasiveness of eolorectal cancer may be related to higher expression of Regiv.
