人参皂苷联合替吉奥、顺铂对晚期胃癌患者血清胃泌素、Survivin抗体表达的影响

Influence of Ginsenoside and S-1 plus Cisplatin on Serum Gastrin and Survivin Antibody in the Patients with Advanced Gastric Carcinoma

目的探讨人参皂苷联合替吉奥、顺铂对晚期胃癌患者血清胃泌素(GAS)、survivin抗体表达的影响。方法 98例晚期胃癌患者采用随机数字表法均分为对照组、观察组,每组49例。对照组49例患者接受替吉奥联合顺铂化疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予人参皂苷辅助治疗。比较分析2组患者的临床疗效,KPS评分改善情况,治疗前后血清GAS、survivin抗水平及不良反应。结果观察组有效率为77.6%,明显高于对照组的53.1%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组血清GAS、survivin抗体水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);治疗后观察组生活状况总改善率(87.8%)明显高于对照组(55.1%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者恶心呕吐、腹泻、神经毒性、厌食的发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论人参皂苷联合替吉奥、顺铂治疗胃癌能够显著提高化疗疗效,且安全性较高,并能降低胃癌患者血清的GAS、survivin抗体水平。

Objective To analyze the influence of ginsenoside and S-1 plus cisplatin on serum gastrin （GAS） and survivin antibody in patients with advanced gastric carcinoma. Methods Ninety-eight patients with advanced gastric carcinoma were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method. Forty-nine patients in the control group received S-1 plus cisplatin, and 49 patients in the observation group were given with ginsenoside on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, KPS score improvement, serum GAS and survivin levels and toxicities were compared between the two groups. Results The response rate of the observation group was 77.6%, and was 53.1% of the control group （P 〈0.05）. After the treatment, the serum GAS and survivin antibody levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P 〈0.05 ）. The improvement rate of quality of life in the observation group （87.8%） was significantly higher than that in the control group （55.1%, P 〈0.05 ）. The incidences of nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, neurotoxicity, anorexia in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Ginsenoside and S-1 plus cisplatin is effect and safe for patients with advanced gastric carcinoma, and can reduce the serum GAS and survivin antibody in patients with advanced gastric carcinoma.
