摘要
先导式安全阀具有开启迅速、回座稳定并且密封良好等优点,先已广泛应用于天然气采输行业。本文介绍了先导式安全阀的结构和原理,分析了脱硫装置中先导式安全阀无法回座的原因,主要是由于阀芯卡阻,密封面H_2S腐蚀,密封圈断裂等原因引起,并结合失效原因对安全阀进行了修复。
Pilot-type safety valve have the advantage of fast- opening, more stability for back seat and good sealing etc, which has been widely used in natural gas mining industry. This paper have introduced the structure and principle of the pilot-operated safety valve, analyzing the reason why the pilot-type safety valve can not be returned in the desulfurization device is that mainly caused by the spool jamming, the sealing surface H2S corrosion, the sealing ring fracture and so on. And the safety valve was re- paired according to the failure cause.
