摘要
配体对量子点的合成有非常重要的影响,分别用卡托普利,硫普罗宁,青霉胺,N-乙酰-L-半胱氨酸,L-半胱氨酸五种药物分子作为稳定剂,在水相中合成CdTe量子点,研究稳定剂对所制备的量子点光学性质的影响。实验结果表明,不同药物分子合成的量子点荧光强度有差别,吸收和发射峰位置也不同,主要是受药物分子官能团性质及空间结构影响的结果。
Ligands have important influence on the synthesis of quantum dots.In this study, CdTe quantum dots were synthesized by five different ligands in the water.Those ligands are captopril,tiopronin,penicillamine,N-acetyl -L -cysteine and L -cysteine.We study effects of stabilizers on the optical properties of the quantum dots.Experimental results show that there are differences in the fluorescence intensity of quantum dots synthesized by different drug molecules.Absorption peak and fluorescent emission peak position are also different.The main reason for those results is the different functional group and spatial structure of different drugs.
