摘要
采用水热法制备了不同浓度Er掺杂WO_3纳米材料(WO_3:Er),用XRD、SEM对WO_3:Er纳米材料进行了表征。利用和紫外-可见分光光度计研究了不同掺杂浓度的WO_3:Er在紫外光照射下对亚甲基蓝(MB)光催化降解性能。结果表明,Er掺杂能有效调控WO_3纳米晶粒的生长,并提高WO_3纳米材料对MB的降解效果,掺杂浓度为4%时降解效果最好,文中对其机理和原因进行了分析。
WO3:Er nano materials were prepared using a Hydrothermal method.The nano materials obtained was characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and UV-vis analysis.A Methylene blue(MB)solution under UV irradiation was used to determine the photocatalytic activity of WO3:Er photocatalyst.The effect of WO3 with different doping concentration of Er on photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue under UV irradiation was investigated.Excellent photocatalytic degradation of a MB solution was observed using the WO3:Er nano materials under UV light.With the increase of Er concentration the photocatalytic activity of photocatalyst was increase; it may attribute to the increase of the high efficiency of photogenerated electron-hole pairs.
