摘要
汽油吸附脱硫(S-zorb)技术是中石化2007年从康菲(Conoco Phillips)石油公司整体收购的专为汽油脱硫开发的新技术。该技术具有脱硫率高(产品汽油硫含量可低于10ppm)、氢耗少、能耗低、辛烷值损失小、液收高、操作费用低的优点。中国石油华北石化公司三联合运行部S-zorb装置原料换热器(E101)主要是热流反应产物与冷流反应进料进行热交换的场所,自首次开工到如今,E101出现两列偏流、压降上升、进料换热后温度下降等情况,本文对这一系列影响装置长周期运行的问题进行研究,并提出解决措施。
Gasoline adsorption desulfurization technology is a new technology named S-zorb developed by Sinopec in 2007 from ConocoPhillips oil company,which is specially developed for gasoline desulfurization.This technology has the advantages of high desulfurization rate(the sulfur content may be lower than 10ppm in the product),less hydrogen consumption,low energy consumption,the less octane number loss and high liquid yield with low operation cost.PetroChina North China Petrochemical Industries Co.Raw material heat exchanger(El01)is the main reaction products and reaction heat cold flow feeding heat exchange places,for the first time since the start to now,E101 appear two columns drift,the pressure drop rises,feed temperature drop after heat exchanging and so on.this paper focuses on the research of the a series of problems affecting the long cycle operation of the unit,and puts forward the solving measures.
