摘要
为了解决当前牵引供电系统中负序、无功及谐波等突出的电能质量问题,文章提出一种具有较高性价比、与牵引供电系统运行特点相符合的统一功率控制系统(unified power manipulate supply,UPMS)。该系统包括有源和无源二大部分,其中前者主要负责转移有功和动态无功补偿,后者负责滤除主要低次谐波,同时补偿无功。通过有源、无源部分的分工协作,可以有效降低有源部分的补偿容量及投资成本,提高整个系统的综合性价比。在湖南某牵引变电站的实际测试结果表明:该UPMS运行良好,且补偿后牵引变电站一次侧功率因数在0.95以上,负序电压不平衡度在2%以下,主要低次谐波电流均达到相应标准要求。
To solve the prominent power quality problems such as negative sequence component, reactive power, and harmonics in traction power systems, it proposed an unified power manipulate supply (UPMS) which features high cost-efficiency and fits the power supplying and operation characteristic of traction power system well. In topology, two parts are included, one is active part, which mainly responsible for active power delivery and dynamical reactive power compensation; and the other is passive part, which is used for filtering low order harmonics and offering reactive power. By means of cooperation of those two pans, the capacity of active part can be effectively reduced, leading to whole system cost-efficiency. The measured results of a real UPMS in a substation of Hunan province indicate that UPMS is in good condition, and the primary power factor can be effectively improved to be above 0.95, the negative sequence voltage unbalance ratio can be suppressed to be lower than 2%, and the harmonics can be so much tittered that the related harmonics requirements can be satisfied.
