摘要 直驱型风力发电机结构简单,在风电尤其是海上风电市场中占了较大比重,但在恶劣的运行环境下,对其进行故障诊断已成为技术难点。文章讨论了直驱型风机的结构,分析了由故障振动信号到故障电流信号的传递机理,归纳了直驱型风力发电机组常见故障和故障电流特征频率,最后通过仿真分析证明了对风机电流信号进行希尔伯特-黄(HHT)变换分析能实现对风机轴承油膜涡动、转子不平衡、定子绕组故障等各类型故障的诊断。 Direct-drive wind turbines take a large share of wind power markets, in particular offshore wind power because of its simple structure, so that its fault diagnosis caused by adverse circumstances become research highlights. It discussed the structure of direct- drive wind turbines firstly, analyzed the transfer mechanism from fault vibration signal to fault current signal and summarized the common faults and the characteristic frequency of fault current of direct-drive wind turbine. Finally, the current signal of wind turbine was analyzed by HHT transform, which could be accurate and efficient to diagnosis the faults such as bearing oil film eddy failure, rotor imbalance and stator winding fault.
