摘要
研究通过室内试验对自研型高粘改性沥青以及国内外5种高粘改性沥青的技术性能指标进行了比对,结果显示自研型高粘改性沥青、日本TPS高粘改性沥青、壳牌克裂王高粘改性沥青表现出的路用性能相对优越。同时进行了基于这3种高粘改性沥青胶结料下的排水性沥青路面OGFC-13路用性能对比试验,结合沥青胶结料试验结果和沥青混合料的路用性能试验结果来看,自研型高粘改性沥青优越的高低温性能、抗水损性能以及抗裂性能满足当前排水性沥青路面的设计与施工技术要求。
In this paper, we researched the self-developed high viscosity modified asphalt and other five kinds of high viscosity modified asphalt by laboratory tests. The results showed that the road performances of the self-developed high viscosity modified asphalt, the Shell Cariphalte high viscosity modified asphalt and Japanese TPS high viscosity modified asphalt are relatively superior. And we compared porous asphalt mixture(OGFC) road performances based on these three kinds of high viscosity modified asphalt binder by laboratory tests. Combined the test results, the superior high and low temperature road performance, water resistance performance and crack resistance performance of self-developed high viscosity modified asphalt satisfied current technical requirements of drainage asphalt pavement design and construction.
