基于高低温与疲劳性能的乳化沥青残留物胶浆流变特性研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究矿粉的加入对乳化沥青残留物路用性能影响的特点及规律,利用动态剪切流变仪、弯曲梁流变仪以及压力老化仪分别对原样乳化沥青残留物及其各粉胶比条件下组成的胶浆,通过温度扫描、频率扫描、多应力重复蠕变试验、弯曲梁流变试验以及疲劳加载评价其高低温及疲劳性能。结果表明:高温条件下,矿粉的加入使得乳化沥青残留物粘性分量更明显,黏度应作为评价其性能的重要指标;低温条件下,温度下降一个等级(6℃)与保持温度不变将粉胶比由0.6提升为1.4对胶浆的劲度模量影响相当;矿粉的加入使得乳化沥青残留物疲劳点提前出现并且会加剧裂纹损伤在材料内部的扩展速度。 In order to study the effect of mineral powder on the road performance of emulsified bituminous residue,the high and low temperature performance,fatigue performance of emulsified bituminous residue mortar in different rubber power than were studied through temperature sweep, MSCR, fatigue test, BBR test in DSR and BBR. The experiment results show that : the addition of mineral powder makes the viscous component of emulsified asphalt residue more obvious under high temperature, so viscosity should be an important index to evaluate its performance. Under low temperature, temperature dropping a grade(6 ℃) and increasing the rubber power than from 0. 6 to 1. 4 at a constant temperature have the same effect on the stiffness modulus of the emulsified bituminous residue mortar. The addition of mineral powder makes fatigue? failure appeared earlier and exacerbates the growth of fatigue crack.
