摘要
目的 了解情感型领导感知对ICU男护士留职意愿的影响.方法 2017年2月,采取方便抽样法,应用情感型领导量表、护士留职意愿量表对浙江省8所三级医院276名ICU男护士进行问卷调查.结果 ICU男护士的留职意愿、感知的情感型领导得分分别为(17.55±2.85)、(25.48±2.52)分,两者呈正相关(P〈0.05);月收入、专科护士等进修培训经历、情感型领导及其情感关怀、情感管理2个维度为留职意愿的主要影响因素.结论 ICU男护士感知领导的情感关怀和情绪管理水平越高,其留职意愿水平越高.
Objective To explore the influence of affective leadership perception on retention intention of male nurses in ICU. Methods In February 2017, by convenience sampling, a total of 276 male ICU nurses from eight Grade Ⅲ hospitals in Zhejiang Province were selected, and surveyed by affective leadership scale and retention intention scale for nurses. Results The scores of retention intention and perceived affective leadership of these male ICU nurses were (17.55±2.85) and (25.48±2.52), with the two positively correlated (P〈0.05);main factors influencing male ICU nurses' retention intention included monthly income, advanced retraining experiences for specialty nurses, affective leadership and two of its dimensions: affective concern and affective management. Conclusions The higher the level of affective concern and emotion management in perceived leadership, the higher the level of retention intention in male ICU nurses.
