中医护理技术在糖尿病护理中的应用现状及思考

糖尿病是一组由多种病因引起的以慢性高血糖为主要特征的代谢综合征，长期慢性高血糖导致的慢性并发症是糖尿病患者死亡和致残的主要原因，威胁着糖尿病患者的生命及生活质量。中医护理技术是将中医传统治疗方法应用于护理工作中，具有独特的操作方法和疗效。本文就中医护理技术和糖尿病的概念、中医护理技术在糖尿病护理的临床应用现状等进行综述，以期为中医护理技术在糖尿病护理的临床应用和相关研究提供参考。

Diabetes mellitus is a group of metabolic syndrome characterized by chronic hyperglycemia and caused by multiple pathogenic factors. Chronic complications of chronic hyperglycemia are the major causes of death and disability in diabetic patient, threatening the life and the quality of life of patients with diabetes. Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） nursing technique is to apply TCM treatment into nursing work, with unique operation method and curative effect. This article reviews the concepts of TCM nursing methods and diabetes mellitus, and the clinical application of TCM nursing in diabetes, in order to provide reference for clinical application and related research of TCM nursing technology in diabetes care.
