六磨汤直肠滴注对混合痔术后患者血清胃动素的影响

Influence of Liumo Tang Rectal Infusion on Serum Motilin in Postoperative Patients with Mixed Hemorrhoids

为探讨六磨汤直肠滴注对混合痔术后患者血清胃动素（MTL）的影响，将行手术治疗的80例混合痔患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各40例，2组患者术后除接受常规治疗外，治疗组予六磨汤直肠滴注，对照组予开塞露直肠滴注。分别于术前1天及术后第1天、第3天、第5天晨起抽空腹血，检测血清MTL含量，并进行对比分析。结果显示，治疗组术前1天和术后第1天血清MTL含量比较差异无统计学意义，P〉0．05；但是术后第3天和第5天治疗组MTL含量明显高于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，六磨汤直肠滴注后，混合痔术后患者血清MTL含量明显升高。

In order to explore the influence of Liumo Tang （a TCM formula） rectal infusion on serum mo tilin （MTL） in postoperative patients with mixed hemorrhoids,80 patients with mixed hemorrhoids who underwent surgical treatment were randomly divided into treatment group and eontrol group, 40 cases for eaeh.Exeept for receiving routine treatment,the former accepted Liumo Tang reetal infusion while the lat ter received Glycerine enema for rectal infusion.In morning fasting blood was drawn on the 1st day before surgery and the lst,3rd and 5th day after operation respeetively. Serum MTL levels were measured and compared.As results, there was no significant difference in serum MTL level between the treatment group on the 1st day before surgery and the 1st after surgery （ P〈0.05）, but the level of MTL in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group on the 3rd and 5th days（ P 〈0.05）.Results show that Liumo Tang rectal infusion after operation of mixed hemorrhoids, serum MTL levels of patients are signifieantly increased.
