穴位贴敷联合济川煎加减口服治疗老年阳虚型便秘的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Point Plaster Therapy Combined with Oral Administration of Modified Jichuan Jian for Treating Senior Constipation of Yang Deficiency Type

为观察穴位贴敷联合济川煎加减口服治疗老年阳虚型便秘患者的临床疗效,将符合纳入标准的40例便秘患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各20例,对照组给予中药煎剂济川煎加减口服,观察组在对照组治疗基础上,予以穴位贴敷.对比2组患者临床疗效.结果显示,对照组痊愈8例,显效2例,有效3例,无效7例,总有效率为65.0%（13/20）;观察组痊愈13例,显效4例,有效1例,无效2例,总有效率为90.0%（18/20）.观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,P〈0.05.2组患者治疗过程中均未出现不良反应.结果表明,穴位贴敷联合济川煎加减口服治疗老年阳虚型便秘效果显著,值得临床推广应用.

This study was to observe the clinical effect of point plaster therapy combined with oral administration of modified Jichuan Jian（a TCM decoction） for treating senior constipation of yang deficiency type, randomly divided 40 patients with constipation of yang deficiency type, met the enrolled criteria into control group and observation one,20 cases for each;gave the former modified Jichuan Jian for oral administration, on basis of which added the latter point plaster therapy; then compared clinical effects between both groups.As results,in the former 8 cases were cured,2 got excellent effect, 3 were of response,7 were of non-response,thus the total effective rate was 65.0%（13/20）,meanwhile in the latter,13 cases,4,1,2,thus 90.0%（18/20）,the total effective rate of the latter was significantly higher than that of the former（ P 〈0.05） ,what＇s more in both groups no adverse reaction during treatment was found.Results show that point plaster therapy plus oral modified Jichuan Jian for treating senior constipation of yang deficiency type has significant effect.It is worth to be popularized and used clinically.
