应力波原木空洞缺陷二维图像重建研究 被引量:2

摘要 为实现原木空洞在线无损检测,利用LabVIEW对加速度传感器采集的应力波进行时域分析,得到了应力波的传播时间和速度。采用细胞反演法以及改进的Dijkstra算法,并结合动态网络规划在射线追踪中的应用建立二维模型,并对二维图像运用插值法提高反演精度,再运用中值滤波对提高精度的图像进行处理。实验结果表明:检测方法对于原木内部空洞可较为清晰地再现,并具有较高的拟合精度。 For realization of online nondestructive testing on cavity defects of logs,stress wave collected by acceleration sensor is analyzed by LabVIEW in the time domain. The speed and propagation time of stress wave can be acquired. 2D model is set up,use cell-based inversion method,improved Dijkstra algorithm and application of dynamic network planning in ray-tracing. The obtained 2D image. Algorithm based on interpolation is used to improve precision of inversion. And the median filtering algorithm is used to process the image. Experimental results show the method not only clearly reproduces internal cavity of the log but also has high precision.
