摘要
铅酸蓄电池电解液的液位直接影响铅酸蓄电池的存储能量和工作安全。针对铅酸蓄电池电解液液位连续测量的难题,利用电容原理,采用自供电方式,设计了自供电铅酸蓄电池液位传感器。详细介绍了自供电铅酸蓄电池液位传感器的工作原理与设计方法。实验结果表明:自供电铅酸蓄电池液位传感器准确度优于±3 mm,满足使用要求。
The level of electrolyte of lead-acid battery directly affects storage energy and work safety of lead-acid battery. In order to solve the problem of continuous measurement of electrolyte level of lead-acid battery,liquid level sensor of self-powered lead-acid battery is designed according to capacitance principle and using self-powered mode. The working principle and design method of the liquid level sensor for self-powered lead-acid battery are described in detail. The experimental results show that the accuracy of the liquid level sensor is prior to ± 3 mm,which satisfies the requirement of usage.
