醋酸钠林格液围手术期临床应用专家共识 被引量:9

摘要 成年人体内的水分约占体重的60%,主要分布于细胞内间隙与细胞外间隙。分布于细胞内间隙的体液构成细胞内液(intracellularfluid,ICF),约占体重的40%。分布于细胞外间隙的体液为细胞外液(extracellularfluid,ECF),约占体重的20%。ECF分布于两个功能区域:①血管内,构成血管内液即血浆,约占体重的5%;②细胞间,构成细胞间液即组织液,约占体重的15%。ECF与ICF的水分在血管内外、细胞内外之间的平衡遵循:渗透原理即等渗定律,电中性原则即细胞内外、血管内外溶液阴阳离子总数必须维持净电荷为零,酸碱平衡及半透膜效应。ECF与ICF呈相对隔离、动态分布。
