摘要
本文采用线密度相同的两根纤维条在同一直线位置以相同喂入速度被送入转杯纺纱机,经开松、梳理、混合、凝聚与加捻,制成转杯纺混色纱线。通过纤维切片法来研究其在不同混纺比、不同距离的喇叭口混纺后的混色效果及规律,为了说明不同颜色的纤维在横截面内的分布规律,采用汉密尔顿指数法进行分析。结果表明:在纤维混纺比为50∶50、喇叭口距离为0.8 mm时,两种有色纤维呈近似均匀分布。
The purpose of this study is to provide a blending yarn spinning method, using the same or different linear density of two or more slivers to be fed in carding and twisting units at the same linear position at the same or a different feed rate, after opening, carding, mixing, cohesion and twisting, make open end M61ange yarns by rotor spin- ning. To investigate different blending ratio and different bell distanceslivers' color mixture effects and laws through fib- er sectioning, in order to declare different colors' distribution law well in cross section, the study try to use Hamilton Index. The results show that, when the blending ratio of fiber is 50% : 50%, the two fibers are distributed evenly; and when the bell mouth closest, the two fibers are distributed evenly.
