ZD制剂对马急性软组织损伤模型的作用

Curative Effect of ZD Preparatation on Acute Equine Soft Tissue Injury Model

ZD制剂是治疗马非开放性软组织损伤的经典验方,为探索其作用机理,建立马急性软组织损伤模型,应用血清学检测、超声学方法及红外热成像技术,综合评估ZD制剂对马急性软组织损伤的治疗效果。结果表明,早期试验药物组局部温度低于阴性对照组,后期试验药物组的局部温度显著高于阴性对照组,表明ZD制剂对急性软组织损伤早期能够降低局部温度,后期能升高局部温度。ZD制剂对肌肉灰度恢复能力显著优于阳性药物组和阴性对照组,表明ZD制剂对肌肉损伤恢复有良好促进作用。ZD制剂对皮下消肿显著优于阴性对照组。

ZD preparation is the classical traditional Chinese herb compound for equine soft tissue injury.In this study,the soft tissue injury model of Mongolia ponies was applied by the ZD preparation to investigate its function with the application of ultrasound,infrared thermography camera, biopsy and serum detection. The results showed that ZD preparation significantly reduced the subcutaneous swelling,improved the re- covery of the grey scale of the muscle than the negative control group and positive drug group.ZD prepara- tion could significantly reduce the infrared thermography temperature of the muscle during the early injury and increase the local infrared thermography temperature during the late recovery than the positive drug group and negative group.
