红光治疗联合健康教育对糖尿病周围神经病变疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨红光治疗联合健康教育对糖尿病周围神经病变患者的效果。方法选取2015年3月至2016年12月间我院收治的糖尿病周围神经病变患者98例,根据随机数字表法分为常规组49例和实验组49例,常规组实施常规治疗,实验组实施红光治疗并配合给予健康教育。对比两组疗效及治疗后患者运动神经传导速度(MCV)和感觉神经传导速度(SCV)。结果实验组总有效率为97.96%,高于常规组的85.71%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后实验组正中神经、尺神经、腓总神经的MCV及SCV均高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论红光治疗联合健康教育对糖尿病周围神经病变患者的治疗疗效显著,同时,还可改善患者MCV和SCV,值得临床推广。 Objective To investigate the effect of red light therapy combined with health education on patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods A total of 98 diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to December 2016 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table:conventional group(n=49)and experimental group(n=49)The implementation of conventional treatment,experimental group implementation of red light therapy and with health education.The two groups were compared and the patients were treated with motor nerve conduction velocity(MCV)and sensory nerve conduction velocity(SCV).Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 97.96%,which was higher than that of conventional group(85.71%),the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).After treatment,MCV and SCV of median nerve,ulnar nerve and common peroneal nerve in experimental group were higher than Conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion The combination therapy of red light therapy and health education has significant curative effect on patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy and at the same time it can improve MCV and SCV in patients with dementia.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
