摘要
热稳定剂是赋予PVC树脂实用价值不可缺少的助剂,大部分的研究主要是针对如何提高热稳定性,这只是解决了PVC不耐高温,易分解的问题。由于PVC是含氯的强极性物质,流动性差,以及高温时对金属的黏附性问题往往成为生产制约的主要因素。本文主要从前人的理论研究的基础上,结合生产过程遇到的问题,可以更清楚得认识稳定剂。
Thermal stabilizer is an indispensable auxiliary for PVC resin with practical value. Most of the re- search is focused on how to improve thermal stability, which is just to solve the problem of easy decomposition at high temperature for PVC. Since PVC is a strong polar substance containing chlorine, poor fluidity and adhesion to metals at high temperature, the production with large scale is restricted by these main factors. Based on the previous theoreti- cal research, combined with the problems encountered in the production process, the better understanding of stabiliz- ers could be got.
