热轧带钢卷转向变速运输装置,用于中宽带热轧带钢卷转向变速的运输。其通过四组传动辊排列成90°转弯,可以使成品热轧带钢卷自动从前方运输链转动90°后平稳地过渡到后方运输链上,实现热轧钢卷的转向;同时四组传动辊通过对射光电开关对电机和减速器进行变速,可以实现两条不同速度运输链之间的无缝连续运输,保证了运输的平稳和连续性;装置可以替代热卷天车吊装,避免吊具的夹痕对成品影响,减轻了天车的劳动强度,提高了生产节奏。该装置设计巧妙、结构简单、操作方便、运行稳定,为提高产能和产品质量带来极大的方便,为企业带来显著的经济效益。

Hot rolled strip coil steering variable speed transport device was used in the transport of broadband hot-rolled strip steel roll in Chengde iron steel company. This device can smoothly achieve the square turn of the finished hot rolled coil transport from upstream chain to downstream chain based on the 90-degree turn arranged by the four sets of drive rollers. Meanwhile,the four sets of drive rollers via correlation photoelectric switch adjust the speed of electric machinery and reducer; carry out the continuous transport between two different speed chains,which guarantee the smooth and continuity of the transport. A application of this equipment can prevent clamp mark of the finished products made by the spreader instead of crown block,greatly reduce the daily labor intensity of the crane operators,and speed up the productivity. This equipment with its smart design,simple structure,easy and stable operation help enterprise improve production capacity and product quality,finally bring significant economic benefits to company.
