摘要
在转炉内初炼的钢液倒入钢包内进行脱氧、脱碳、脱硫、脱磷、脱气、去除非金属夹杂物和调整钢液成分及温度以达到进一步冶炼目的。BLATS法增设了底吹氩等对IR-UT法设备布置进行优化的钢包二次精炼。
In the converter, the initial molten steel is poured into the ladle for deoxidation,decarburization,desulfurization,dephosphorization,degassing,removal of non-metallic inclusions,and adjustment of the composition and temperature of molten steel to achieve further refining purposes. The BLATS method introduced in this paper can be used to optimize the layout of IR-UT equipment by adding bottom blowing argon for two times.
