Analysis on Defoaming Mechanism for Degreasing Fluid by Physical Methods

摘要 基于脱脂液中泡沫的物理化学性质,本文对离心消泡法、喷淋消泡法、加热消泡法和超声波消泡法等四种常见的物理消泡法的消泡机理进行了详细分析。不仅使工程技术人员对各种物理消泡方法的消泡机理有了深入认识,同时对消泡装置的开发设计也有重要的指导意义。 The mechanisms for degreasing fluid including centrifugation,spray,heat and ultrasonic defoaming were analysied on according to the physical and chemical characteristics of foam in degreasing fluid. The analysis results are favorable to the engineers to understand the defoaming mechanisms by physical methods,also there is practical guidance to engineer in the defoaming units development at the same time.
