油气田企业固体废物处理处置及资源化技术展望

Prospect of Oily Solid Waste Treatment and Resource Utilization Technology in Oil and Gas Field Enterprises

文章梳理了国内外油气田企业固体废物处理处置及资源化技术的现状,提出国内面临缺少含油固体废物处理示范工程、针对油气田固体废物处理的设备少、技术成熟度差、对固体废物低碳化管理的认识不深等问题。对比分析了国内外同行的技术差距,建议加快油气田危险废物热解及资源化处理技术的研发,提升加速型土壤生物修复技术的工程应用,储备快速、惰性土壤修复技术,关注固体废物低碳化管理等。

This article reviews the status of the disposal and resource utilization technologies of solid waste in domestic and foreign oil and gas enterprises,points out the problems in domestic,including lacking demonstration project and treatment equipment,immature treatment technology and superficial awareness of low carbon management.For solving the problems,through comparative analysis of the technology gap between domestic and foreign enterprises,suggestions to accelerate the development of hazardous waste pyrolysis and resource utilization technology,to improve the application of the accelerated soil bioremediation technology and to focus on low carbon solid waste management are put forward in this article.
