摘要
通过分析数据采集传输仪的工作原理,针对污染源在线监控系统现场端经常遇到的数据采集故障、数据传输故障问题,制定了详细的故障处理流程,建立了规范化运维模式。结合长期的运维经验,提出目前数据采集传输仪在实际应用中存在容易受到周边电源线路及生产环境的干扰、企业过多安装造成资源浪费并增加现场核查难度等需要改进的方面,提高网络传输速度,避免出现数据本身因网络而产生异常是未来数据采集仪器的研究重点和难点。
By analyzing the working principle of data acquisition and transmission instrument,aiming at the data collection fault and data transmission failure problems often encountered at the scene of pollution source online monitoring system,a detailed fault handling process has been worked out,and a standardized operation and maintenance mode has been established.Combined with the long-term experience,the data acquisition system in practical application is vulnerable to the surrounding power lines and production environment.Improving the network transmission speed,avoiding the abnormal data caused by network is the future research focus and difficulty to data acquisition instrument.
