三维体积测量系统在人造板生产中的应用

摘要 介绍了一种三维体积测量系统的工作原理、设计和应用。该系统通过激光扫描仪采集货车车厢数据,基于激光扫描点云数据的三维重建方法,最终实现木材原料体积测算。应用该系统结果表明,该系统可以快速准确地计算出木材原料体积,有效地提升了原料收购数量计量的准确性,提高了企业的经济效益。 The working principle, design and application of the 3D volumetric measurement system were introduced. In the system, the data of truck carriage was recorded through laser scanner, 3D reconstruction method based on laser scanning point cloud data were realized in the volume measurement of wood raw materials. The results of application indicated that the system was able to quickly and accurately calculate the wood materials volume, significantly improved eflbcttively the accuracy of the mathematical measurements of wood materials purchased, and increased the business economic benefits.
