中国特色社会主义政治经济学重大理论问题新进展评述

A Review of the New Progress in the Major Theoretical Issues of the Political Economy of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics

自2014年7月8日习近平总书记提出"要学好用好政治经济学"以来,中国特色社会主义政治经济学取得了很多新进展。本文以"学好用好政治经济学"讲话以来中国特色社会主义政治经济学若干重大理论问题的相关研究为对象,从中国特色社会主义政治经济学的意义与发展、政治经济学体系结构的探索完善、社会主义经济制度理论、对外开放理论、经济增长与发展理论的丰富和新发展、中国特色社会主义政治经济学理论资源的拓展六条线索对最新研究进行梳理述评,提出要把深化发展这一时代根本问题的科学分析和成功解决作为主线,在发展的政治经济学这一新范畴和理论体系的创新中,引领新时代中国特色社会主义政治经济学进入新境界。

Since Xi Jinping put forward ＂learn and use political economy well＂ in July 8, 2014, some new progress has been made in the political economy of socialism with Chi- nese characteristics. This paper aims to study some researches related to some important theoretical issues of the political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics since the speech ＂learn and use political economy well＂ . This paper reviews the latest resear- ches from the following six clues： the significance and development of the political econ- omy of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the exploration and perfection of the structure of political economy, the theories of socialist economic system, the theory of opening-up, the enrichment and new development of the theories of economic growth and development, the theoretical resources of the political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It is proposed that the scientific analysis and successful solution of the fundamental problems of the development of this era should be taken as the main point. In the development of the new category of political economy and the innovation of theoretical system, the political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era has been led into a n^w ~o^1~
