摘要
目的:探讨初级创伤救治(Primary Trauma Care,PTC)培训模式在急诊科新入职护士岗前培训中的应用效果。方法:选择我院急诊科2014~2016年新入职护士52名,按照PTC培训模式进行急诊岗前培训,比较培训前后理论、急救技能和情景模拟考核成绩。结果:应用PTC培训模式后,急诊新入职护士理论考核成绩、技能考核成绩、情景模拟考核成绩均高于培训前(P<0.01)。结论:应用PTC培训模式进行急诊岗前培训,可以使新入职护士更好地掌握急诊相关理论和技能,同时提高应急反应能力及团队意识,减轻上岗前心理压力。
Objective: To explore the application effect of the training mode of primary trauma care in the pre-job training of new entry nurses in the emergency department. Methods: A total of 52 new recruited nurses were selected in our emergency department from 2014 to2016,and were carried out pre-job training according to PTC training mode. The results of theoretical assessment,skill assessment and situational simulation assessment were compared before and after the training. Results: After the application of PTC training model,the results of theoretical assessment,skill assessment and situational simulation assessment were significantly higher than those before the training( P〈00. 01). Conclusion: The application of PTC training mode in pre-job training can make new nurses better grasP〈0the theory and skills of emergency,and improve emergency response ability and team consciousness,relieve psychological stress before going to work.
